We process personal data only on the basis of a valid legal ground pursuant to Art. 6 GDPR: – Server log files: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical availability and security of the website) – Contact requests: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in handling business enquiries)

4. Data Collection

When visiting our website, general information is automatically collected in server log files (anonymised IP address, browser, operating system, timestamp). This data does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person and is used solely to ensure the operation of the website.

5. Hosting and Third-Country Data Transfers

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes technical connection data (including IP addresses) on servers that may be located outside the EU/EEA. 6. No Tracking Tools

We do not use tracking tools, analytics cookies or similar technologies. No data is collected for advertising purposes or passed on to third parties.

7. Blog and External Links

The blog page (aysoli.li/blog) displays articles from blog.clawhak.sh (Medium). Data is retrieved exclusively server-side by our infrastructure – your IP address and other personal data are not transmitted to Medium in this process. When you click on an article, you leave our website and are directed to an external provider (Medium, Inc.). The privacy policy of the respective provider applies exclusively to external sites. We have no influence over their data processing.

8. Contact Requests

When you contact us by email, your details (name, email address, message content) are stored to process your request. We do not pass this data on to third parties without your consent. Storage duration: Contact data is deleted after the request has been concluded or after the end of any business relationship, at the latest after 3 years, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
