Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2025

This privacy policy applies to all AYSOLI CyberSecurity websites. We process your personal data solely in line with applicable data protection law (including the GDPR) and treat it confidentially — privacy is a founding principle here, not an afterthought.

Who are we?

The data controller within the meaning of data protection law is:
AYSOLI CyberSecurity Gubser
Fürst-Franz-Josef-Strasse 119, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein
Email: info@aysoli.li · Phone: +41 78 234 10 87

Who can you contact with questions?

For any question about privacy or to exercise your rights, contact us directly at the address above.

What data do we collect from you?

Technical connection data: when you load our site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access) to deliver and secure the page.

Contact data: if you email us, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) solely to respond to your enquiry.

Do we use cookies or analytics tools?

No. This site deliberately uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics). Interactive tools (e.g. threat modelling, self-assessment) process your input entirely in your browser — that data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us.

How long do we store your data?

Technical connection data is kept only as long as required for operating and securing the site under our hosting provider's standard configuration. We delete contact data from emails once your enquiry has been fully handled, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Why do we use encryption?

For security and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption (recognizable by "https://" in the address bar and the lock icon in your browser).

Unless agreed otherwise, emails to us are sent unencrypted. If you need to share confidential or sensitive information, contact us first so we can agree on a secure channel.

Who receives your data?

We use Cloudflare as our hosting and infrastructure provider. Data is only transferred outside the EEA (in particular to the US) where appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses). There are currently no other recipients.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:
Datenschutzstelle Liechtenstein
Kirchstrasse 8, FL-9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein
Phone: +423 236 60 90 · Email: info.dss@llv.li

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy, for example when our services change or new legal requirements apply. The version published on aysoli.li at any given time governs.
